Here are the Steps that you should follow for submitting your website to yahoo directory,

*Go to  yahoo submit your site page (requires registration).
*Then click on submit your site for free as shown in fig,

*On the  next page,an bing webmaster tools page will open ,this is because yahoo and bing signed an agreement.If you have already added your site to bing,then your site is also listed on yahoo directory.

*After sign in,click on Add site and submit your url.
